For the people who decide the infrastructure of a firm, why did you make that choice?
A lot of times it is because "that's how it has always been done". Oof!
We tend to look for road maps on how to structure our business but then we are left behind when we are waiting for others to develop the next phase of the road map.
Who marketing reports to says a lot about your company goals. And let me be clear, there is no RIGHT answer.
Unless you feel like marketing isn't hitting company goals. Then there might be a wrong answer.
