Resume maintenance can be a time suck for a lot of companies.

I show you how to create a simple form to help speed up the resume maintenance effort and spread the wealth of the lifting.

Some companies use tech tools that can automatically add projects to people's resumes which is SO STINKIN' AWESOME.

But that is not the case for the vast majority of AEC companies. When you realize at the last minute that a resume hasn't been updated in several years but that key person NEEDS to be on the project submittal team ... it is like nails on a chalkboard.
