Agendas are the key to better meetings. A simple agenda meeting could be: 1\. goal (sets expectations) 2\. challenge (present the topic) 3\. ideas / solutions (solicit feedback from everyone in meeting) 4\. next steps and follow up (assign and delegate) It is one of the reasons I only have 30 minute meetings. The agenda should be shared when the meeting is created. It should NOT be presented at the meeting. Allow people to come prepared.
