No two projects are equal.
The first time I did a website landing page it was a very heavy lift because I was figuring stuff out.
By the 20th time I built a landing page it was easy peasy.

🐈 That 20th time was a cat.
The heavy lifting of projects are sometimes better communicated as animals (or numbers ... I've seen both). And it should go without saying, but my cat projects may be your horse projects. Our experiences and skillsets are different.
If your team is feeling overwhelmed, use an animal weight system to communicate the heavy lift. Then adjust and manage accordingly.
