The first time I did a website landing page it was a very heavy lift because I was figuring stuff out. By the 20th time I built a landing page it was easy peasy. 🐋 That first time was a whale. 🐈 That 20th time was a cat. The heavy lifting of projects are sometimes better communicated as animals (or numbers ... I've seen both). And it should go without saying, but my cat projects may be your horse projects. Our experiences and skillsets are different. If your team is feeling overwhelmed, use an animal weight system to communicate the heavy lift. Then adjust and manage accordingly.   ###### Category - [coaching/mentoring](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/coaching-mentoring) - [technology](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/technology) - [data clarity](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/data-clarity) - [ROI](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/roi) - [process](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/process) - [budget](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/budget) - [project management](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/tag/project-management) ###### Popular Post - [Three Overlooked Marketing Metrics for AEC Industry](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/three-overlooked-marketing-metrics-for-aec-industry) - [Metrics vs KPIs](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/metrics-vs-kpis) - [Three Marketing Tech Essentials for Growth](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/three-marketing-tech-essentials-for-growth) - [Naming Convention for Image Files](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/naming-convention-for-image-files) - [Why Your Marketing Team Structure is Backwards](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/why-your-marketing-team-structure-is-backwards) ### Leave a Comment ### Similar Blogs [![Why Your Marketing Budget Gets Cut Every Year](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Why%20Your%20Marketing%20Budget%20Gets%20Cut%20Every%20Year.png?width=352&name=Why%20Your%20Marketing%20Budget%20Gets%20Cut%20Every%20Year.png)](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/why-your-marketing-budget-gets-cut-every-year) #### [Why Your Marketing Budget Gets Cut Every Year](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/why-your-marketing-budget-gets-cut-every-year) By [Marketing Operations Advisor](https://marketingopsadvisor.com/vlog/author/marketing-operations-advisor) 13 July 2026 If you want your marketing budget to be healthy, start connecting it to how it is influencing your...
