41% of AEC firms do not use a CRM system.

Beyond the AEC industry, 50% of companies with 1-10 employees don't use a CRM platform.

And, shockingly, I know of larger companies that don't have a CRM. 9% of companies with more than 10 employees don't have a CRM tech in place.

But you know what all of those team members who don't have a CRM system in place have in common? THEY ARE FRUSTRATED!

- They do CRM tasks manually.
- They have meetings on top of meetings to figure out what's going on with key accounts.
- They have to rely on individual memory to know who best to contact at a client's business.

CRMs don't just keep your relationship data organized they also allow you to make forecasting decisions and modify initiatives going forward before its too late.
