Tech implementation can make or break the tool your company just purchased.
Good implementation = the tech supports company growth
Bad implementation = you bought a digital paperweight
Implementation is not complete until the initial training is complete, not when the backend is set up.
Some firms stop too soon in their implementation journey and forget the biggest part of implementation is the training. The implementation timeline of the backend gets communicated but training takes longer.
You must include a time allotment for training before you can confidently say implementation is done.
