The upfront cost is not the total amount your company will spend. And it is not the software vendor's fault. There are "hidden" costs that business leaders overlook. \- subscription cost (what we tend to focus on when purchasing tech) \- implementation cost (what we forget to ask about during the purchasing phase) \- training cost (this is how quickly can your team start using the tech) \- maintenance cost (vast majority of companies don't even consider this) Technology is an asset for your company and it has to be maintained.
