Yes, I use AI. And I surprise myself with how much I can produce and deliver with the help of AI.
I'm also a realistic change agent. Too much change is draining on people. Give yourself the time to figure out how to ride the AI bicycle. Use the platforms you already know how to use and try out their AI functionality to really understand how it can be a real change maker for you.
